At Rubi Creative Goods, we pride ourselves on providing quality products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products or services purchased through rubicreativegoods.com

Non-Refundable Items & Services

This policy applies to:

• All physical products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items).

• All digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloads, digital courses).

• Any service fees or subscription payments.

Exceptions (Maybe) Rubi Creative Goods will have the right to say No 

We only make exceptions (MAYBE) if:

• You receive the wrong item (different from what you ordered).

• Your item arrives damaged due to shipping.

In these cases, please email erica@rubicreativegoods.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number.

• A detailed description of the issue.

• Clear photos showing the incorrect or damaged item.

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access nature of digital downloads and online products, no refunds or exchanges are provided once your purchase is completed. Please make sure you have the correct email for the digital download to be sent after purchase.
