Shipping Method

We currently ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days for destinations within the United States.

• Delivery Time: After processing, delivery times depend on your location and USPS service.

• Delays: Please note that during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to external factors (e.g., weather events, USPS delays, or global disruptions like COVID-19), shipments may experience additional delays.

Rubi Creative Goods is not responsible for delays once your package has been handed over to USPS.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Shipping Responsibility

Once a package is shipped and in the hands of USPS, Rubi Creative Goods is no longer responsible for the item. This includes delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered but not received.

We recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number for any delivery issues.

At this time, international shipping is not available directly through our website. However, expanding our shipping options to serve international customers is a priority goal for the future.

For any future international orders, please note that Rubi Creative Goods  is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or any additional charges incurred during or after shipping. These fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
